Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

The food was great. The chicken broth option is a bit on the mild side, but that's exactly what I was looking for. It's very comforting and light. Can't wait to try the other broths. The owner, Mark, is a very friendly guy and they're genuinely looking for feedback on how they can make their customers happier. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Stopped in for lunch, after reviewing the menu, we went with the following: - Signature Chicken Bone Soup - Hot and Sour Soup - Spicy Soup - Pepper Salt Fish Fillet - Cucumber in Sauce (cucumber salad) Our favorite was the hot and sour soup. Interesting concept... each soup base has three options, except for Spicy Soup has a lot of options. You are the cook, throw in the items you like into the hot soup and enjoy. You leave out the items you don't like or add little or all, up to you. The noodles goes in last, it's already cooked so don't need to worry cooking time. The fish fillet was good and the cucumber salad hit the spot, add some chili oil to enhance the flavor. Next visit, will need to try more items under the snack and rice menu.

Love this place! The service is very quick and to the point, quiet and small atmosphere! My husband and I came for the first time and loved our meals, itβs a great value for the price, really delicious and comforting noodle dish! He ordered the spicy beef noodles and I got classic chicken broth with braised beef and pork spring rolls

The concept is unique, itβs like having your own little hot pot. The noodle is the last ingredient you put in. Wish they used more fresh veggies instead of canned veggies. I had the chicken broth and it was plain so definitely had to add salt and pepper. We went at 7 PM and because they close at 8 the lady was giving us an attitude. As people walk in she started turning them away.
